CT Computed Tomography
Our Computed tomography (CT) scanner is made by Toshiba and was purchased new in May of last year. The Toshiba Aquillion 32, is a thirty two slice whole body scanner and is the fastest scanner in a 60 mile radius of HGH. It has full 3-D capability and is able to do CT angiography of all vessels with the only exception being the cardiac vessels. We also have an even more advanced 3-D software suit for our on-site physicians to better visualize the anatomy. This software can separate bone from soft tissue, metal prosthesis from bone, and blood vessels from any other anatomy. The CT department one of the most advanced in the area. Our CT scanner just had a new software upgrade to make it even more efficient and use less radiation for the patient. This is truly a remarkable piece of equipment and our community is truly lucky to have such an advanced piece of medical equipment.

Filling this form our prior to arrival can speed up your wait time for a more efficient visit to our department. If you can’t print this out we can give you this form upon arrival at the admissions department. This form will be reviewed by the technologist to insure safety.
