The Allen Health Clinic is located in the small town of Allen, Oklahoma, a short drive from Holdenville. Dr. Barlow, D.O. is Board Certified in Family Practice and has been practicing in Allen since July, 1997. She has been a Staff Physician at Holdenville General Hospital since May, 2002.
Dr. Barlow and staff enjoy the variety of caring for all types of patients from infants, to teens, to adults and the elderly.
Our office accepts SoonerCare, Medicaid, Medicare and most types of commercial insurance. Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Holdenville General Hospital strives to offer quality services and excellent patient care. The Surgery Department offers the following surgical specialties on an elective outpatient basis: general surgery, including endoscopy; ophthalmology, and urology procedures.
General Surgery procedures include gallbladder removal, hernia repair, breast biopsies, removal of minor lesions, central line and port insertion and removal, colonscopies, and EGD (visualization of the stomach through a scope). Ophthalmic procedures performed are cataract removal with lens implant, and lid and eye muscle surgeries. Urological procedures include cystoscopy with x-rays, prostate surgery, kidney stone removal (lithotripsy), and minor procedure to correct female urinary incontinence.
